Centrally located to most of the Brazoria County petrochemical industries and the up-coming solar panel farm that is coming to Angleton,TX.
Near Surfside Beach, Freeport, and Galveston Beaches.
45 min. from Houston, close to Dow Chemical, Galveston, NASA Space Center, and the Medical Center. We cater to the working men and women in the petro-chemical industry providing a quiet and relaxing environment.

Monthly- $425, $100 refundable deposit upon move in, and electric is separate at 14 cents per kilo-watt.
